Under Electric Clouds is a collection of entwined novellas set between summer and winter as the first snow touches the ground. The novellas are ruled by their own laws, emotional ones primarily. These are stories about a country, where past, present, and future have paradoxically merged into one. By crossing paths and going their separate ways, the film’s characters create a tapestry of existence, which is in fact what life is.
